High ceilings and picture windows provide natural light in the Great Room. Kick back beside the gas fireplace, and settle into stream favorite shows on the smart TV.

Retreat to the family room to spread out on the spacious sectional and enjoy a movie night on the smart TV. The loft provides an office area that’s ideal for adventure planning.

Prepare hearty meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring sleek stone countertops and stainless steel appliances. Gather for fresh cuisine around the six-person dining table. Enjoy breakfast at the island bar with seating for two.

Sleep soundly in the primary suite, complete with a king bed, smart TV, and en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower. The second suite features a queen bed, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. (This bathroom is also accessible via the hallway.)

The third bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom is outfitted with a twin-over-full bunk bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The guest bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

Sip morning coffee at the bistro table for two on the front porch. Delight in the epic mountain views on offer from the back deck as you sizzle steaks and veggies on the gas grill. Or simply kick back beside the gas firepit.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a gas fireplace, and a washer/dryer.

Access to Granby Ranch amenities is available for an additional fee of $10/day per guest including outdoor heated pool (open year-round), hot tub, and fitness center.

Your mountain retreat is 4.6 miles to the town of Granby, home to an array of local dining and shopping options.The Granby Ranch base (.5 miles) is where you’ll find the Club, on-site dining, and lifts to both summits. The ski resort is only a 10-minute walk down the hill and golf is just a 5-minute drive away.

Explore natural attractions with just a short drive to Lake Granby (11.4 miles), Hot Sulphur Springs (14.7 miles), or Winter Park (20.3 miles). Both Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park are about 20 miles away as well.

No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. - The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. - All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. - If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee. - No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. - Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. - Permit ID: 007596 - Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests may be required to agree to additional terms of service. DAMAGE WAIVER The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee (USD) with the following costs, plus tax if applicable: 0 bedrooms: $60 for stays 1-3 nights, $15 per night for stays 4+ nights. 1 bedrooms: $60 for stays 1-3 nights, $15 per night for stays 4+ nights. 2 bedrooms: $80 for stays 1-3 nights, $20 per night for stays 4+ nights. 3 bedrooms: $100 for stays 1-3 nights, $25 per night for stays 4+ nights. 4 bedrooms: $100 for stays 1-3 nights, $25 per night for stays 4+ nights. 5 bedrooms: $120 for stays 1-3 nights, $30 per night for stays 4+ nights. 6 bedrooms: $120 for stays 1-3 nights, $30 per night for stays 4+ nights. 7 bedrooms: $140 for stays 1-3 nights, $35 per night for stays 4+ nights. 8 bedrooms: $140 for stays 1-3 nights, $35 per night for stays 4+ nights.
