On the main floor with its sunroom, living room, dining room, well equipped kitchen and 1/2 bath there are both a large screened in front porch and a back deck with table and chairs. Steps from the back deck are an enclosed outside shower and a laundry room with a shower bathroom. In the adjoining garage are bikes and beach paraphernalia. A picnic table sits in the back yard as does a Weber charcoal grill. The driveway provides parking for 2-3 cars and two Rehoboth Beach parking permits accompany each rental. Walk to the heart of Rehoboth & Funland in less than 10 minutes.
