Enjoy access to the Northstar recreation center amenities, which include tennis courts, basketball courts, a fitness center, a sauna, hot tubs, an Olympic-sized pool and kiddie pool (open seasonally during summer months), a year-round lap pool, and an open grill area next to a beautiful creek surrounded by pine, fir, and aspen trees. (Site rentals include the use of three picnic tables and up to two gas BBQ grills with grilling utensils.) There is a $10 daily fee per person for use of the facilities. You have everything you need for an entertaining and soothing stay.

The condo's first floor offers a laundry area with a washer/dryer. Right between the first and second levels is a bedroom with an independent entrance to the main living room on the second floor.
