This is a family friendly complex. Quiet hours are STRICTLY enforced between
10 PM- 9 AM.
These 2 condos are in the perfect spot for a weekend get away on the Guadalupe
River! Second floor condos, with vaulted ceilings and double sliding glass
doors, that are floor to ceiling, opening out to a gorgeous patios with
spectacular views of the river. Perfect for sipping coffee in the morning or
finishing the day with a glass of wine. With direct river access you’ll want
to spend your afternoons tubing, rafting, kayaking, canoeing, fishing,
swimming or simply relaxing in a chair in the water watching tubers go by. Rio
Guadalupe Resort is located right next door to rent tubes. You can also take a
dip in our brand new pool. There is something to do for everyone. This complex
has covered parking for one vehicle and an elevator.
These condos are impeccably decorated and come fully furnished. Both living
rooms have amazing views of the river and open out to fabulous covered patios
with comfortable seating. Both kitchens are fully equipped including toaster,
blender, coffee maker, and more. Each master bedroom has a king size bed, Flat
screen TV as well as a private bathroom. Two of the guest bedrooms have a
queen size bed, in the remaining 2 bedrooms condo 203 offers two twin beds and
condo 204 has a twin over full size bunk bed with a twin trundle. Guest
bathrooms are located conveniently near the living room and guest rooms. High
quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms. These condos sleeps 14
comfortably in beds. Bring an air mattress to accommodate 2 additional guests
for a total of 16.
Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be
staying at the property. This condo comes with 4 parking passes and 16
wristbands. If you have more that 4 vehicles there is additional parking less
than 1 mile away. No trailers, campers or RV's allowed. No portable grills or
open flames. No smoking inside the condo or on the patio. No pets allowed.
Family friendly condo with no tolerance for profanity or vulgar music. Maximum
occupancy 16 guests, not to be exceeded at anytime. No daytime guests allowed.
This property includes accidental damage protection up to $3000.

**WRISTBANDS & PARKING PASSES REQUIRED*** These condos are individually owned
and the owners graciously allow their "second homes" to be rented out and
enjoyed! The HOA of the complex had laid out some policies to ensure everyone
staying at the complex can have a wonderful time. Because of the fabulous
location, we can have trouble with trespassers. The security guards on premise
are there to ensure only renters are using the grounds and that guests are
parking in the correct parking spaces.
