- Quick Snap Shot: Welcome to Parkway Riverview 307 in Pigeon Forge
- • All BOOKING guests must be at least 25+ years of age (except children accompanied by their parents) and present during the entire stay. No exceptions. • Guest acknowledges and understands that he/she is financially responsible for any and all property damage that may occur during the stated rental period (including damage done by pets) which can reasonably be attributed to the rental party's negligence or abuse. • No refund for weather-related issues, or road conditions. Power outages are beyond our control. • Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin and drugs of any kind are not permitted. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • No pets • No parties • For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
