This multi-level, riverfront home is located in the Forest Hills neighborhood on the south bank of the river, only a tenth of a mile from Mother's Beach. It's the perfect place for swimming, kayaking, and taking scenic drives, with multiple beaches, world-class wineries, excellent restaurants, Armstrong Redwoods, and the wild Sonoma Coast all close by.

The grounds of the house are extensive and scenic, ideal for both spending time with loved ones and finding private moments. There are spacious decks out front and in back where you can grill, dine alfresco, and take in views of the river, hills, and forest. Enjoy multiple seating vignettes tucked into the garden, terraced patios leading down to the river, and the hot tub for evening stargazing sessions.

Inside, the house is full of character, with natural wood, antler chandeliers, and plentiful seating at every turn. The main floor features a living room with a woodstove and wood-burning fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen that opens to a window-lined dining room, and a cozy study where you can work from home with the deck doors open and a view of the river below. Renter and Occupants agree to assume all of the risks, known and unknown, associated with the use of the beach area and river and boats or wading or swimming. Renter and Occupants agree to take all necessary preventative measures to avoid risks of injury and death, including the use of personal flotation devices while boating.
