LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1700 sq ft home with living room, TV, dining table, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Downstairs master bedroom has a king bed, bathroom with jet tub, TV, and deck access. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed, and deck access. Loft has a queen bed. Living room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with center island, granite countertops, stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Game room with foosball table, pool table, and ping pong table top! Board games and card games. Cable TVs, Xbox along with fast Wi-Fi. Relax in the jetted tub or near the cozy wood burning fireplace. Washer/dryer available.

OUTDOORS - Outdoor furniture and charcoal barbecue. Enjoy the beautiful view and fresh air from the spacious front porch or side decks!

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 9 people (8 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
