LIVING SPACE - Comfortable 1000+ sq ft home with living room, TV, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Entry level first bedroom has a queen bed. The downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Downstairs third bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed and twin bed, fireplace, TV, DVD player, and deck. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Board games and card games. Smart TVs with Roku and fast WiFi. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.

OUTDOORS - Deck with charcoal and gas barbecue and rustic log furniture. Fenced backyard.

PARKING - 2 car driveway

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 9 people (8 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
