Nestled in the north end of Sunriver, this home is just across the street from a beautiful golf course and is only a few steps from a bike trail that circles around the community. Because this house is on the edge of the resort, you will enjoy a quieter atmosphere, while still only being a short drive to all of the resort's amenities.

When you step inside this house, wood details and a relaxing space welcome you to your temporary home. The main living area, on the upper floor, is a warm and cozy space with lots of windows that offer views of the trees surrounding the property.

The living room has comfortable seating arranged around the lovely wood fireplace. A large flat screen TV equipped with cable and a DVD player, plus Internet access, family-friendly board games, and books are also available, so everyone will have plenty of entertainment choices.

A gorgeous full kitchen will delight anyone who loves to cook. Fully appointed with stainless steel appliances and all the equipment you may need to prepare meals during your stay, cooking in this spotless, spacious kitchen will be fun! Enjoy your homemade meals while sitting at the breakfast bar, or at the sturdy dining room table while looking out at the scenery.

With four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, this wonderful home has plenty of space for 10 people to stay here. The master bedroom has a huge king-size bed and attached bathroom with a shower and a separate tub that would be perfect for relaxing bubble baths. The other bedrooms contain another king, two queens, two twins and a futon. This home also has a laundry room, so nobody will have to worry about trying to keep their clothes clean while vacationing.

Outside, you will find an inviting deck with plenty of patio furniture for everyone to sit and breathe in the fresh air. A gas grill provides a great opportunity to cook outside and enjoy the nice weather. Best of all, a private hot tub is just waiting for you to soak in its warm, bubbling water and enjoy some true relaxation.

Within the community of Sunriver, you will have so many activities and amenities available to you. 10 free SHARC passes come with this home, so head to the magnificent aquatic center to enjoy the shared pools, hot tubs, sports courts, and other offerings! In the area, you will also find many public golf courses in Central ORegin, horseback riding, spa, and hiking and biking trails.

With the Deschutes River so close, whitewater rafting, kayaking, and fishing are also popular pastimes. Nearby you will also have access to several eateries, shops, and a market. However, with Bend so close (about a 25-minute drive), you could easily drive into town for a pint at any of the fabulous breweries, a visit to a museum, some shopping, and a nice meal at one of the many amazing restaurants.

No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. - The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. - All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. - If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee. - No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
