areas within reach. Points West is surrounded by the tranquility of the
Deschutes River with the river trailhead not far from your door.

With 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms- all suites include full baths and over 2000
square feet of space to stretch out in, Point West can easily accommodate up
to 9 guests. Have a well-behaved pet? We allow pets at pet friendly homes only
with prior approval and a $15/night/pet, pet fee. Pets are not permitted on
the bedding or furniture and must never be left at the home alone unless they
are crated/kenneled. They are welcome too!

The architectural layout is cozy, yet up to date as this home has an open
floor plan with high ceilings, contemporary furnishings, and lots of windows
throughout. There are high definition flat screen TV's, a gas fireplace,
gorgeous hardwood floors, a fully-stocked kitchen with brand stainless steel
appliances, and a large dining table for six.

Enjoy outside living "Bend style" while you and your friends cook out on the
gas grill, have dinner on the patio surrounded by native landscaping and the
sounds of bubbling water from the brook below.

This home proudly features super comfy beds with European style bedding with
fresh, clean duvet covers, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher,
microwave, and gas range, washer dryer, cable, dvd, wireless internet, and
much more for you to discover!

Course - all just a few steps away. Only 15 minutes either way to the
