This home also includes a wet bar with counter seating and a large dining table for meals or family game nights.

Pointe West Resort is just a short walk away, with an infinity pool and a kiddie pool, walking paths that span several miles, a fitness center, and a beautiful lagoon for kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding. Beach Club bands will be $25 per guest over three years old to access all amenities. This fee is charged by the POA of Pointe West and is payable at the Beach Club.
The on-site restaurant/cafe is no longer available.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
