Enjoy Gulf views from the king bed and private balcony in the master bedroom. This room also comes with a 42” wall-mounted TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom features a queen bed, a 24” flat-screen TV, and an intimate balcony with a partial Gulf view. A pair of twin-size beds await in the third bedroom, which also has 32” flat-screen TV.

The second and third bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

THINGS TO KNOW
The parking fee for this vacation rental is $35. Instructions for purchasing the required parking pass will be included in your confirmation email.
Only valid service animals will be allowed that are registered/checked-in with security at arrival, but if a service animal is causing an issue such as barking (other than a medical emergency), not on leash and properly controlled, seen as aggressive or approaching others, or defecating in any way in the common grounds areas, they will be evicted.
The Palms building hot tub opens September 16 - May 14 and will be closed May 15 - September 15.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.

No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. - The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. - All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. - If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee. - No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. The Damage Waiver does not provide liability coverage and does not cover vehicles or guest personal items. This Agreement is between you and Vacasa Alabama LLC, acting for itself and for the Owner. This is a vacation rental agreement subject to the provisions of Section 11-100 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Gulf Shores. Guest expressly acknowledges and accepts the right of owner or owner’s authorized agent to remove or cause the removal of Guest and Guest’s invitees and permittees from the premises for any of the reasons enumerated, and in the manner provided, in Section 11-100.
