The spacious living room looks out to the slopes through big windows and a private balcony. A large TV with a DVD player and a selection of family games are available to pass the time warmed by a blazing fire in the wood-burning fireplace (firewood provided). Black-out curtains block out both light and noise. The updated kitchen features a new tile floor, cabinetry, and a breakfast bar. Right next to the kitchen is a lovely wood and iron dining set. The spacious primary suite has a big bed, a private balcony, a second TV, and a private safe for valuables.

Things to Know
This unit is located on the lower second (2nd) floor - 16 stairs total. There are no elevators on property.
The pool is open seasonally from 12:00pm-8:00pm 7 days a week. Subject to availability. A separate pool card is required for entry and can be obtained from the front desk.
This property is managed by Vacasa Colorado LLC.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
This rental is located on floor 2.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
