The guest bedroom also has new pillow-top mattresses, plenty of under-bed storage and closet space, and huge sunny south-facing windows. Building 8 has convenient access to the office, hot tub, and shuttle stop for the free town shuttle.

When you book this charming condo you are granted access to many fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared firepit, lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, a heated outdoor pool, and even a fitness center!

Things to Know
This unit is located on the upper second (2nd) floor - 24 stairs total. There are no elevators on property.
The pool is open seasonally from 12:00pm-8:00pm 7 days a week. It will be closed from September 22 – November 21, 2024. A separate pool card is required for entry and can be obtained from the front desk.
This property is managed by Vacasa Colorado LLC.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
This rental is located on floor 2.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
