In warm weather, open the windows or the rear sliding balcony door to listen to Sawmill Creek flowing through the wetlands. The wood-burning fireplace adds warmth and a romantic touch to the living room, perfect for wintertime or other cool evenings.

When you book this charming condo you are granted access to a plethora of fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared firepit, lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, a heated outdoor pool, and even a fitness center!

Things to Know
This unit is located on the lower third (3rd) floor - 32 stairs total. There are no elevators on property.
The pool is open seasonally from 12:00pm-8:00pm 7 days a week. It will be closed from September 22 – November 21, 2024. A separate pool card is required for entry and can be obtained from the front desk.
This property is managed by Vacasa Colorado LLC.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
This rental is located on floor 3.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
