Downstairs fourth bedroom has two queen/queen bunkbeds and shared Jack and Jill bathroom with the third bedroom. Game room has a sleeper sofa. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 13 people (10 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
