Take a quick walk to the neighborhood beach, or an easy drive to skiing, golf, hiking trails, shops, eateries, and entertainment. After a day of adventure, enjoy socializing in a gorgeous Great Room with vaulted ceilings, then fire up the private hot tub on your deck.

LIVING AREA

The expansive Great Room boasts vaulted ceilings and double-height windows that frame the lush forest. There's plenty of seating (including a queen-size sleeper sofa), a 56in flat-screen TV, and a cozy gas fireplace.

On the lower level, a second living area has a comfy sectional and 50' wall-mounted TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Flex your culinary muscles in an entertainer's kitchen, outfitted with ample granite counter space and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. A large kitchen bar with an integrated gas stove has seating for four.

A long wooden dining table for 10 lets you share festive vacation meals.

BED & BATH

This house sleeps 10 guests between the bedrooms, a queen sleeper sofa, and a twin sleeper sofa.

On the entry level, the master bedroom comes with a king bed, twin sleeper sofa, and private balcony. An en-suite bathroom is outfitted with a double vanity, walk-in shower, and jetted tub.

The remaining bedrooms are on the lower level.

A second bedroom is appointed with a queen bed, while the third bedroom has a king bed. A fourth guest room comes with two full-over-full bunk beds.

Find a guest bathroom on the lower level with a tub/shower combination, and a convenient half bath on the entry level.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Enjoy the pine-scented air on a large back deck, with ample space for family gatherings. There's room for six to alfresco meals at the patio table, and an open-air hot tub awaits for soothing soaks.

A private balcony offers more outdoor space, with a gas grill and another table for outdoor dining.

Parking is provided for five vehicles (three in the driveway and two in the garage). Please note that there is a security camera in the garage. The kayaks and paddleboards in this space are also not available for guest use.

Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances. (Gas grills are ok.)

This home sleeps a maximum of 10 guests. (No more than 10 people may be in the home at any given time.) This home is located in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large and noisy groups. Pets are not permitted. Guest refusal to comply with these rules may result in eviction.

THE LOCATION

The shores of Kings Beach are 1.5 miles from your door, and lovely Speedboat Beach (a small neighborhood beach) is within a 6-minute walk!

Hike the Tahoe Rim Trail (6.6 miles), or summit Historic Stateline Fire Lookout (0.6 miles) for views across Lake Tahoe. In winter, hit the slopes at Northstar (9.4 miles) or Diamond Peak (6.8 miles).

Local shops and eateries are a mile from your door, and Crystal Bay Casino (0.3 miles) offers entertainment.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.

Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. - If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee. - No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
