(plus 4 at the bar stools), and a fully stocked kitchen with brand new
appliances, and a large countertop/bar.

The main level offers a queen bedroom with full en-suite bathroom. The 2nd
bedroom has two cozy twin beds. There is a second bathroom on the main level
in the hallway. Upstairs you will enjoy the Master Bedroom with King bed,
large vanity, and en-suite bathroom. The top floor also has a second bedroom
with a Queen bed and an en-suite bathroom.

offer FREE WIFI and an outdoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, and an exercise
facility with sauna. The clubhouse also offers a pool table. Please note that
amenities may be unavailable in the off-season and for maintenance without
notice.

GETTING AROUND:
The Phoenix is located one block away from the ski area on Apres Ski Way, just
a short walk to the Gondola. Winter shuttle service for transportation to
grocery stores and downtown Steamboat Springs.

GETTING TO STEAMBOAT:
Steamboat Springs, CO is ideally located in Northwest Colorado just 150 miles
from Denver International Airport (DIA) and just 20 minutes from the
Steamboat/Hayden Airport (HDN) providing nonstop flights from 13 major US
airports. Airport transportation ranges from rental cars, to private and
public shuttles.
