Two desk workspaces, including one in the lovely lookout room on the top floor, can serve anyone who needs to finish up remote work assignments. At the heart of the home lies an impressive full kitchen, complete with two prep counters (one of which doubles as a breakfast bar for casual meals), a French door refrigerator, a gas range with a hood, and a wall-mounted oven. You'll be blown away by the amount of counter space available! Enjoy meals together in the formal dining area, or take it out to the wraparound balcony, where you'll also find a gas grill, if you just can't look away from that ocean.
This home's rooms are all spread out and each feature a unique style, so everyone can settle in for a comfortable night. As guests walk through the front door, guests can find the first bedroom of the home by turning left after walking past the staircase. This bedroom features a direct entrance to the backyard, as well as extra seating and plenty of shortage for flip-flops and beach gear. The full bathroom across the hall (featuring double sinks and a shower/tub combination) can serve the guests of this room. Continuing on through the main hall, guests can head straight outside or turn right to find the multi-purpose second bedroom. This fun room features two Murphy beds and the yoga studio, not to mention lovely ocean views. Guests can head up the stairs and turn left to find the next set of bedrooms. To the left, the third bedroom features a ceiling fan, flatscreen TV, and louvered shutters that let in plenty of natural light. The hallway's full bathroom (featuring a shower/tub combination with charming starfish tile art) can serve the guests of this bedroom. At the very end of the hallway lies the fourth bedroom, the main bedroom of the home. This room features gorgeous ocean views from the balcony (to which this room features a private entrance), as well as two ceiling fans, a sitting area, and a grand en suite bathroom featuring two sink vanities, a stone standalone shower, and a soaking tub.

UNIT SPECIFIC TERMS - Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 26 years of age to book. Guests under 26 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. - 2 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. - The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. - All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. - If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee. - No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. - Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. - Permit ID: 33848 - Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests may be required to agree to additional terms of service. A signed paper contract is required to be completed and returned to Vacasa. - Property Specific terms: Vacasa prior to checking out. How to Report Damage Please report accidental damage as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages. Damage Waiver Additional Terms and Conditions The Damage Waiver only covers damage that occurs during the authorized rental period and that Renter or an authorized guest reports PRIOR TO CHECK OUT. The Damage Waiver does not cover intentional damage or damage caused by smoking, pets or other animals brought onto the Property, or criminal activity. The Damage Waiver does not cover damage to any structure other than the Property covered by your confirmed, non-fraudulent reservation.
