Walk across the street to the beach! Or watch the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico and the beach from your screened in lanai/porch! Completely renovated in 2022 and new to the rental market with an established property management company. The primary bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. Sliding doors lead to the screened lanai. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and a bathroom with a tub/shower combination that can be accessed from the hall or the bedroom. Both bedrooms and the living room have tv's. Washer and dryer in the closet in the kitchen to get your laundry done. The full kitchen has everything you could want for preparing meals. Linens are provided including beach and pool towels. Walk to nearby restaurants or get on the free island trolley to explore beautiful Anna Maria Island. Tommy Bahama beach chairs, cart and umbrella provided.

The Gulf Watch community has a 35 foot by 15 foot heated pool that is shared between the units in the community. There are also charcoal grills around the pool area to use at your convenience. Charcoal is not provided.

There are two covered parking spaces assigned to the unit. Due to limited clearance, this Condominium Association does not permit trailers, large trucks, or RV under covered parking (clearance 7.3").

In accordance with the Condominium Association, this property requires a 7-night minimum stay. Pets are not allowed.

Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.

In order to give our fantastic cleaners time with their families we are closed for arrivals and departures on Holidays, such as New Years Day, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
