The Palmilla Pearl is a stunning 3BR/3.5BA custom home that offers luxury interior design by Susan Castor Collections, private elevator access to all floors, multiple balconies, as well as exceptionally custom-designed bathrooms and personalized amenities. The newly redesigned Palmilla Beach golf course incorporates the best of true links-style play, winding its way through the resort.
Inside, relax in the second-floor living area, which offers a comfy queen-size sleeper sofa and a 65” TV with cable, Roku, and Sonos sound system. Turn on the Sonos speakers, installed in every room and balcony, to enjoy your favorite tunes. Whip up tasty meals in the superior equipped kitchen, appointed with stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. When meals are ready, there is a formal dining area, space at the kitchen island, and a bistro table. Additional amenities include complimentary WiFi, private elevator access to all floors, and a washer/dryer.
This luxe three-story home will sleep everyone comfortably between the three bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Each bathroom offers premium bath amenities outfitted with the Palmilla Pearl logo. The tranquil top-floor main bedroom has a king bed, 60” TV, and private balcony access. The sleek en-suite bathroom has a double vanity and walk-in shower. Two first-floor guest rooms each offer a queen bed, and 40” TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. An additional half bath is located on the second floor.
Visit the Guest Services pavilion at Palmilla to receive VIP wristbands that allow access to resort amenities. Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. A designated area at the beach with food services and air-conditioned bathrooms. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services.

Trailers/boats are not permitted on-site; however, nearby parking is available.
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
