The master bedroom features a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in shower.
A second bedroom is appointed with a queen bed. The third bedroom offers a twin-over-full bunk bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
A fourth bedroom has a twin bed and separate twin-over-twin bunk bed.
The second and fourth bedroom share access to a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower.
A half bath provides added convenience.

Parking is provided for two vehicles in the driveway (which is shared with the adjacent unit) and one covered parking spot. Street parking may also be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Trailers/boats are not permitted on-site; however, nearby parking is available.
The newly redesigned 9-hole course winds its way throughout the community. Carved out of the dunes, Palmilla Beach Golf incorporates the best of true links-style play with inspired greens and verdant fairways. With a variety of tee boxes, the course will fit any player's current game.
Visit the Guest Services pavilion at Palmilla to receive VIP wristbands that allow access to resort amenities. Enjoy access to incredible amenities, including two elegant resort-style pools that are heated during our winter season. During the summer, poolside cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas are available to rent via Guest Services. For on-site dining, you’ll find REDS Patio Bar, Black Marlin Seaside Grill, and the Agave Poolside Cantina. Enjoy a designated area at the beach with air-conditioned bathrooms and food services.

THINGS TO KNOW
There is currently major construction occurring on new homes in the area. No current homes or amenities will be affected, though construction equipment may be visible and views may be obstructed in some areas. Construction has been scheduled during certain times of the day to minimize noise and potential disturbances to guests. The work is scheduled to conclude in the next year.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. - The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. - All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. - If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee. - No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. How to Report Damage Please report accidental damage as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages. Damage Waiver Additional Terms and Conditions The Damage Waiver only covers damage that occurs during the authorized rental period and that Renter or an authorized guest reports PRIOR TO CHECK OUT. The Damage Waiver does not cover intentional damage or damage caused by smoking, pets or other animals brought onto the Property, or criminal activity. The Damage Waiver does not cover damage to any structure other than the Property covered by your confirmed, non-fraudulent reservation.
