LIVING AREA

High ceilings soar in the Great Room where floor-to-ceiling windows showcase lovely pine views. A wood-burning fireplace with stone surround adds allure. An office nook around the corner offers a great spot for remote work or online school.

In the two-tier family room, a smart TV and pool table set the scene for cozy nights in.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare delicious meals in the top-of-the-line kitchen. Upscale appliances include a French-door fridge and gas range.

Serve memorable meals at the live-edge wood dining table set for eight, or perch at the kitchen bar for four.

BED & BATH

The primary suite boasts a king bed and private deck. A two-sided gas fireplace extends into the open bathroom, which includes a jetted tub and walk-in shower.

The second suite has a twin-over-queen bunk bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Comfort awaits in two guest bedrooms. One has two twin-over-twin bunk beds (arranged next to one another) and a desk; the other includes two twin beds and kid-friendly details like a kids' table, children's books, and a basket of toys. (Both bedrooms have a loft area that is not guest accessible.)

The guest bathroom offers a tub/shower combination. A half bath adds convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Enjoy cookouts on the large furnished deck, which includes a gas grill and alfresco dining. Guests will have access to the Trout Creek Rec Center, where you'll find a pool, hot tub, gym, and sauna.

Parking is available for one car in the garage and three in the flat, sunny driveway (great for winter access). Street parking is not allowed.

This home is not equipped with air-conditioning. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances. The grill and outdoor furniture may be stored and unavailable during winter.

Your vacation rental has a two-story layout. There is an exterior security camera at the front door.

No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. - The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. - All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. - If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee. - No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. - Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. - Permit ID: 022486 - Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests may be required to agree to additional terms of service.
