Perched in picturesque Horseshoe Bay, this luxurious home sits on one of the largest direct lakefront properties on all of Lake LBJ. With 170' of lakefront and the longest unobstructed views on Lake LBJ, there is no better location for your family vacation. The stylish home offers a private pool with a spillover hot tub, a massive roof-top boathouse deck, and an outdoor kitchen, dining, and fireplace area. It also comes with two drive-on PWC docks and a 23' wet boat slip available for guest usage.

The stylish and sunlit interior features a large, plush sectional where you can relax and watch DirecTV or stream all your favorite TV channels using your own accounts. The gourmet, island kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances and a wine refrigerator, while the dining area offers a space for mealtimes or family game nights. There are four bedrooms available. The primary king bedroom features a separate sitting area and an en suite bathroom with a whirlpool bathtub, spa-style shower, and a large walk-in closet. There are two other king bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom on the other wing of the home. A fourth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds and a large sitting area with a 65-inch TV - the perfect hang-out room for the kids.

Step outside to over 3,000 square feet of lakeside decks. You'll find a large lakeside dining area with an outdoor kitchen, fireplace, dining for 10, and a 65-inch TV. Enjoy the waterfront swimming pool with the most amazing view of Lake LBJ. Relax in the hot tub, take a nap on one of the hammocks, or enjoy a game of bean-bag toss on top of the large roof-top deck. Guests are free to use the two drive-on PWC docks or the guest wet boat-slip. There are also a number of stand-up paddleboards available and several kayaks for guest use.

This single-level home offers step-free access and is wheelchair accessible, making it perfect for families or groups of all ages. With a well-lit path to the entrance, central AC, and all the necessary amenities provided, this vacation rental ensures a comfortable and enjoyable stay for families who love the lake life. The location is ideal for families, but events parties are strictly prohibited and enforced with regular patrols. Experience luxury living at its finest in this stunning Horseshoe Bay retreat.

Things to Know
No events or parties are allowed and strict noise ordinances are in place.
Several SUPs and Kayaks are available for guests.
Two drive-on PWC docks are available for guests.
One wet-slip is available for boats up to 23' in length.
The pool and lake are shallow - no jumping or diving is allowed.
Owner's boats and PWCs are not available for guest usage.
"Parking Section"
There is one garage space available for guests, and room for two cars to be parked in the driveway. No street parking is allowed anywhere in Horseshoe Bay and is strictly enforced. There is no boat trailer or jet ski trailer parking allowed on-site. You can launch and/or park your jet ski, boat, and trailer at Lake LBJ Yacht Club and Marina.
Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night and supervise your children at all times while outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control maintenance on a regular basis, BUT this does not guarantee pests/bugs/critters will not be visible.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.

UNIT SPECIFIC TERMS - Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. - The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. - All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. - If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee. - No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. - Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. - Permit ID: STR-080526-JB-01 - Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests may be required to agree to additional terms of service. A signed paper contract is required to be completed and returned to Vacasa. - Property Specific terms: DAMAGE WAIVER The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee (USD) with the following costs, plus tax if applicable: 0 bedrooms: $60 for stays 1-3 nights, $15 per night for stays 4+ nights. 1 bedrooms: $60 for stays 1-3 nights, $15 per night for stays 4+ nights. 2 bedrooms: $80 for stays 1-3 nights, $20 per night for stays 4+ nights. 3 bedrooms: $100 for stays 1-3 nights, $25 per night for stays 4+ nights. 4 bedrooms: $100 for stays 1-3 nights, $25 per night for stays 4+ nights. 5 bedrooms: $120 for stays 1-3 nights, $30 per night for stays 4+ nights. 6 bedrooms: $120 for stays 1-3 nights, $30 per night for stays 4+ nights. 7 bedrooms: $140 for stays 1-3 nights, $35 per night for stays 4+ nights. 8 bedrooms: $140 for stays 1-3 nights, $35 per night for stays 4+ nights. How to Report Damage Please report accidental damage as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages.
