The ground floor features a cozy den and living space with a queen sofabed and twin/trundle providing additional sleeping options. The wall-mounted smart TV is perfect for streaming games and movies and is equipped with a Xbox360 game console featuring a large selection of games. The five-seater table offers space for card and game nights and a provided mini fridge will save you trips upstairs for extra beverages and snacks. For a little friendly competition, head into the garage-game room for a few rounds of ping-pong, air hockey, and foosball. Sliding door access leads out to the ground floor patio and private hot tub, with beach access just beyond.

Three full bedrooms can be found on the second floor. Both guest guest rooms feature a private balcony overlooking the town and share access to a full bathroom in the hall. The primary suite includes an expansive en suite bath with jetted shower, walk-in closet, and flatscreen TV. It also includes private access to the shared, ocean view balcony on this level.

The third floor serves as the homes primary living space featuring a grand, open layout awash with natural lighting and sweeping ocean views. Anchored by an enormous fireplace, the living room offers striking vistas and a flatscreen smart TV for viewing pleasure. The full kitchen boasts an impressive array of updated appliances and amenities, with plenty of counter space to prepare and serve delicious homemade meals. A high-top bistro table offers seating for two while the expansive breakfast bar can accommodate another eight. The formal dining table is set for 10. A small balcony off the kitchen is a peaceful place to enjoy a morning coffee. Sliding access from the living room leads out to this floor's large furnished patio equipped with outdoor seating and a gas grill for summer barbecues.

Kids will love making the fourth floor loft area their own with entertainment and sleeping options for all ages. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. - If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee. - No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property.
