The grand, five-bedroom interior comes beautifully furnished across two floors with in-home features including a home theater and game room complete with a pool table, darts, card tables, and TVs.

Featuring an array of windows offering lake views and strong natural lighting, ground-floor living areas include a cozy den and cavernous great room showcasing exposed timber beams, soaring, cathedral ceilings, and a fireplace in each room. Relax on the two new recliner sofas in the great room while enjoying family movie nights and streaming your favorite shows on the mounted smart TV or spend quiet moments in the den with a good book or simply take in the gorgeous view.

The magnificent, island kitchen comes equipped with a full suite of appliances and helpful utensils to handle group and family-style meals with ease, including a double-oven, inset ceramic cooktop, and separate wet bar with beverage fridge. There are two separate dining areas and breakfast bar seating. Off the kitchen, enjoy the first game room with an arcade bowling game, cards, dice, and board games. This floor also houses the built-in theater room with seating for nine.

Upstairs, you'll find a sunny loft living area and a common area equipped with a wall-mounted smart TV and additional sleeping options in the form of futons and a bunk bed. The game room on this floor includes a pool table, air hockey, dart board, pinball machine, foosball, and several other arcade-style games.

The impressive, main floor primary bedroom includes private patio access and a deluxe en suite with a walk-in closet, jetted soaking tub, standalone shower, and water closet. Three guest rooms are located upstairs, including a second en suite bedroom.

Guests can rinse off the outdoors after a day of adventures in the dedicated shower room with a mounted shower head plus a handheld, which is located off the mud room, before heading inside to relax and unwind. Speaking of which, the firepit is the perfect place for comfortable lounging. It features plenty of space for entertainment and grilling. While outside, be sure to indulge in the 16-foot, 12-person hot tub. Complete your days here with a soothing soak while appreciating the picturesque sunset views.

Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. - If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee. - No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. - Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. - Permit ID: ASPR-CDFLTN - Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests may be required to agree to additional terms of service.
