This two-story townhome with three bedrooms and a den feels open and spacious thanks to its many windows, floor-to-ceiling lanai doors, and generous nine-foot ceilings. Ceiling fans for the tropical breezes provide a cool and relaxing atmosphere. AC is available.
The downstairs lanai is next to a tropical garden area which provides a lovely space to relax or dine. The kitchen is perfect for preparing delicious fresh island cuisine and entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, blender, mixer, and other cookware. There is ample space for food storage. In the living room we also have a new sofa and chairs.
Upstairs, the large master bedroom has a cozy reading nook and a lanai that also overlooks the garden. Soak your cares away in the master bathroom soaking tub.
The queen bedroom also has it’s own lanai, while the twin room features a walk-in closet. We offer a Twin to King conversion by arrangement in advance, please contact reservations to request 48 hours prior to arrival. There is a trundle bed in the den that sleeps two. We have new comfy beds in the Twin room and a new Queen Bed on a natural wood frame, for your comfort.
The two-car attached garage provides a convenient entry point to the home and storage for all the beach gear you need for fun in the sun.

Located in the heart of Princeville, it is a short walk to the North shore shuttle stop. Close by, you’ll find many activities such as tennis, bike/exercise paths, golfing, surfing, and snorkeling.
Many restaurants and shops are nearby within the Princeville Resort Community. At the Princeville Center you will find Foodland Supermarket, a gas station, a post office and banks.
Locally, beaches are at Sea Lodge, Pu'u Poa, Pali Ke Kua (Hideaways). Access is available to the beach by 1 Hotel as you go left of the entry kiosk.
Hanalei Bay is just a few minutes drive, or take the shuttle. Hanalei town is home to unique shops, restaurants, food trucks, farmers market, and beach equipment rental. Beyond that, you’ll find Ha’ena Beach Park, Tunnels Beach, Ke’e Beach and the Hanakapiai trailhead. Please note travel restrictions for visitors requiring reservations for parking for Ke’e Beach and permits for the trial.
Traveling South you will find the Anaina Hou miniature golf course with a Hawaiian tropical theme. Kilauea Lighthouse, Botanical gardens, zip lines, helicopter rides, and kayaking.
