Walk ½ block to catch the sunset on the beach each night. Inside you’ll find 3 bedrooms, 2 updated bathrooms, a spacious renovated kitchen with built-in dining plus counter- top seating which opens onto the living room with tasteful coastal touches and a gas fireplace for those cozy winter nights. Behind the cottage is the upstairs separate one bedroom, one bath retreat with it’s own private deck with patio dining & BBQ, very spacious living/dining area, and fully updated kitchen and bath. Both units have living room and master bedrooms TV’s and Queen sleeper sofas.
