ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom plus loft, 2 bath. Downstairs master bedroom has a king bed with private bath and TV. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed with closet. Loft includes a double and twin bed with TV.

KITCHEN- Stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, blender, toaster, coffee maker and Keurig, crock pot, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices and more.

AMENITIES - Board games and card games. Smart TVs with complimentary Wi-Fi and Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - An inviting wrap around deck leading to a private hot tub with the convenience of private fencing surrounding it.

PARKING- 3 car driveway

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 9 people (8 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
