Both bedrooms three and four share a balcony that faces the lagoon - enjoy sunrise or sunset over the lagoon.

If you turn right as you walk in, to the left is a large laundry room with a full-size washer & dryer, and then the condo opens up. To the left is a fully stocked kitchen that opens into the dining area and living area with balcony access. The living area has a large television for you to enjoy. Further, across from the living area, on the right, is a large, spacious, primary bedroom suite! The primary bedroom suite has its own balcony access, television, and full-size bathroom with dual sinks, a walk-in shower & separate garden tub.
