The lower level houses a second living area with a TV and a vinyl record player with many records to choose from. Sleeping arrangements include a primary suite on the main floor and three bedrooms on the lower level. The primary suite has a private balcony with mountain views and an en suite bathroom. The lower level also offers a primary suite with an en suite bathroom. Additional perks include a desk on the second floor, partial AC, and a washer/dryer.
