This three-story home has enough space to host large families, groups of friends, and couples alike. Entertainment will be endless with the well-appointed game room in the basement, which has a wet bar, a comfortable seating area, a large flatscreen TV, and a full-size pool table. The basement also hosts two bedrooms with their own en suite bathrooms with tub/shower combos. Climb up the stairs to reach the second level of the home, where the main living space is located. Here, you will have plenty of comfortable areas to unwind and even access to a private patio with views of Aspen trees. The gas grill is just perfect for family barbecues and the shared hot tub will be just the place to soak under the stars. The chef of the group will have a blast in the open and fully-equipped kitchen. This space has been beautifully appointed with stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge, stove, dishwasher, stove, microwave, electric oven, and two coffee makers. The gorgeous island has seating for two, so the chef is not left alone while treating you all to delicious meals, which will take place at the gorgeous dining room with an eight-person dining table. This level also features a private office ideal for remote working while on vacation, along with a primary bedroom with a flatscreen TV and an en suite bath with a separate tub and a standalone shower. Three more bedrooms with three en suite bathrooms are located on the third level.

You will have no delay in hopping on the lifts and getting your fill of fresh powder on some of the most legendary slopes in Colorado. When you want to venture a little further, head over to Avon or Beaver Creek for even more mountain adventures. Come summer, endless hiking and biking will be just the way to soak up some sunshine. There is a large green space behind the house that kids can play in and parents can watch from inside, as well as a walking path that joins a sidewalk that goes to the Country Club of the Rockies which has a restaurant for dinner that is open to the public. Plus, the shops and restaurants in downtown Edwards will not disappoint!

UNIT SPECIFIC TERMS - Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. - The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. - All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. - If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee. - No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. - Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. - Permit ID: STR-195 - Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests may be required to agree to additional terms of service.
