This property is a 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. The upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, TV, fireplace, and private bath. Upstairs second bedroom has a double bed and twin/twin bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Updated stainless steel appliances, stove with oven, double-door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, crockpot, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Board games and card games. Smart TVs with cable and fast Wi-Fi. Relax near one of the cozy wood burning fireplaces.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 9 people (8 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - over occupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
