ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 3 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed and bathroom. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Downstairs third bedroom has a queen/twin bunk bed and twin/twin bunk bed. Game room has a queen/twin bunk bed, TV, and DVD player. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Granite countertops, stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Game room with pool table and darts. Smart TVs, streaming apps along with fast Wi-Fi, board games, and card games. Relax near one of the cozy fireplaces. Laundry room with side-by-side washer/dryer.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 8 people.
Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
Pet fee: $30 per pet per night (dogs only)
