ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, private bath, and balcony. Downstairs second bedroom has a king bed and deck access. Downstairs third bedroom has a bunk bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Enjoy friendly competition with a foosball table or gather for board and card games. Entertainment options include smart TVs with streaming apps and fast WiFi. Unwind by the electric fireplace. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 6 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
