Boasting a fantastic location, dog-friendly attitude, and space for a whopping 16 guests, this spacious and beautiful South Padre Island vacation rental is a wonderful place for your next family getaway or other group gathering.

This house is just across the street from the beach, meaning you can be on the sand in just minutes! It's also within a few blocks of restaurants and shops, though you could always hop on the free shuttle to get around the island.

Made up of two separate but complete homes, the upper and lower sections each contain two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and living areas. Both halves of this home have their own private entrances and can sleep eight guests each. This listing includes the entire house, sleeping 16 guests, though you could also rent the top or bottom level individually to accommodate smaller groups.

Each of these levels has a spacious living room with seating for guests to watch cable on the large flatscreen TVs. Both homes also have free WiFi access, DVD players, central air conditioning, and laundry areas. The upper level has a balcony with lovely ocean views, and the lower floor has its own deck with a porch swing and a charcoal grill.

During the day, sit with your loved ones in one of the living rooms and chat or play games - since there are two units, this is an ideal configuration for multiple families or age groups to have their own spaces for different activities! At night, nestle into one of the several beds to rest up for a new day. The lower level has a master bedroom with a king-size bed and a second room with three twin bunk sets. Upstairs is one bedroom with two queen beds and a master room with a king-size bed, plus another sofa sleeper.

With all these beds, everyone can have their own comfortable place to sleep. This home is also dog friendly, so bring along your furry friends with you - though please note a small nighty pet fee will apply.

UNIT SPECIFIC TERMS - Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. - 4 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. - The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. - All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. - If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee. - No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. - Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. - Permit ID: 2023-1108 - Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests may be required to agree to additional terms of service. A signed paper contract is required to be completed and returned to Vacasa. - Property Specific terms: Please be aware that this home maintains a strict no-party policy and requires all guests to be 29 or older during the month of March. This property does not allow spring-breakers during the month of March. Our local South Padre Island team does monitor compliance with our rental policies and responds promptly to any complaints from neighbors; if any guests are found to be in violation of these rental policies, it will result in eviction without refund, plus an additional $1,000 fine. DAMAGE WAIVER The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee (USD) with the following costs, plus tax if applicable: 0 bedrooms: $60 for stays 1-3 nights, $15 per night for stays 4+ nights. 1 bedrooms: $60 for stays 1-3 nights, $15 per night for stays 4+ nights. 2 bedrooms: $80 for stays 1-3 nights, $20 per night for stays 4+ nights. 3 bedrooms: $100 for stays 1-3 nights, $25 per night for stays 4+ nights. 4 bedrooms: $100 for stays 1-3 nights, $25 per night for stays 4+ nights. 5 bedrooms: $120 for stays 1-3 nights, $30 per night for stays 4+ nights. 6 bedrooms: $120 for stays 1-3 nights, $30 per night for stays 4+ nights. 7 bedrooms: $140 for stays 1-3 nights, $35 per night for stays 4+ nights. 8 bedrooms: $140 for stays 1-3 nights, $35 per night for stays 4+ nights. How to Report Damage Please report accidental damage as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages.
