The Maryland Avenue Coastal Farmhouse is a premier rental just over a block from the ocean and within walking distance to all of Rehoboth's hotspots. There are six bedrooms, one with a full-size bunk beds and four and a half baths each with modern furnishings, glass enclosures, tile or marble floor to ceiling finishes. The kitchen was designed with the chef in mind; durable quartz countertops, high-end stainless appliances and reachable storage. This home serves as the perfect gathering place when you're ready to relax by the private pool, on the deck or back enclosed porch. EXTRA FEE FOR POOL TO BE HEATED $420 optional heated pool fee per week, ask your agent for details. Pool openings are not guaranteed in the off season, please confirm with your agent.
