Five Private Cabins: Each unit features its own fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom, cozy living area, and private entrance—ideal for groups who want to be together but value their own space.
Pet Friendly: Bring your pooch to enjoy fabulous outdoor Tahoe adventures! Pets welcome only when you rent the entire property or front Sunrise cabin
Six Bedrooms & Six Bathrooms: With a total of 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, everyone enjoys comfort and privacy. Bedding arrangements are flexible to suit families, couples, or groups.
Flexible Space: The property offers a front cabin (Sunrise Cabin) with two King bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a very large living space/hang out area, dining area, kitchen and queen pullout couch (sleeps 6). On the back of the unit, facing the courtyard, you will find Stagecoach Cabin, with one king bedroom, pullout couch and full kitchen (sleeps 4). The standalone Rubicon Cabin features a king bed and full kitchen, also facing the courtyard (sleeps 2). At the back of the property, near the hot tub, you will find two mirror-image attached cabins, Bliss Cabin and Rooster Rock Cabin. Both feature queen bedrooms, living rooms with queen pullout couches, and full kitchens (each sleep 4). The property sleeps up to 20 guests total.

Stroll to Lakeside Beach: 12 minute walk to Lakeside beach. Spend your days swimming, sunbathing, or enjoying water sports on the crystal-clear shores of Lake Tahoe. Access to the private Lakeside Beach for $5/person/day is included in your summer stay.
Dining & Entertainment: 6 minute walk to Heavenly Village and the Stateline Casinos for world-class nightlife and dining.
Easy Transportation: In the summer, use the free Lakeside golf-cart shuttle service to get to the beach (a stop is right out the front door), or use the free LakeLink app service for free rides around town.

The Fine Print

· Tahoe vacation rentals are governed by a variety of ordinances. This home cannot be used for parties. Maximum allowable occupancy is 20 people and 5 cars. Over-occupancy, excess vehicles or excessive noise will result in a guest fine of up to $2000. Failure to observe the no party policy may result in eviction. No hot tub use after 10pm. No smoking. · 2 dogs are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific approval

· 4 wheel drive and snow tires and/or chains is highly recommended in the winter months in Lake Tahoe

· Guest entry instructions: this rental utilizes an e-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest’s stay

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
