Half a mile away from your getaway are Canyon Lodge, Chair 7, Canyon Express, Village Gondola, and Chair 8 gondolas. The apt-for-beginners slope School Yard is within walking distance too. Cloverleaf is an intermediate slope you can find right beside School Yard. Four miles away is Main Lodge at Mammoth Mountain Ski Area where snowboarders and skiers will have the time of their lives! Hikers will have their fair share of fun when they take the walking trail around Convict Lake; golfers will be able to practice their swing at the Snowcreek Golf Course three miles away. However, if you happen to visit during warm months, you will also have endless things to try such as hiking, mountain biking, or rock climbing. If you're in town for the annual jazz festival, be sure to check it out, and when you need to get to the nearby supermarket, hop on the shuttle, available year-round. The almighty Yosemite National Park is 40.6 miles away and it's totally worth the trip!

No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. - The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. - All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. - If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee. - No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Mammoth Lakes has a 24 hour noise ordinance with quiet hours from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Please keep noise and music levels to a minimum. Violations of this ordinance can carry fines up to $2,000.00 as well as possible eviction without refund. Please note that this ordinance is strictly enforced. Do not exceed tenant occupancy or maximum allowable vehicle parking as posted at the home you have rented. When parking, ensure that you are not blocking access to neighboring homes or trash receptacles.
