Renters will be issued parking placards which they and their guests must display on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicles, that renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and that failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500.
Quiet hours are designated between 9:00 pm and 8:00 am and will be strictly enforced.

This vacation rental is spacious, warm, and ready to host your entire family for the ultimate Lake Tahoe adventure. This home includes an open, well-equipped kitchen with a five-burner gas stove and a breakfast bar, a dining table with seating for six, and a cozy living area with comfortable furniture, a warming gas fireplace, and a TV. Outside, gather for alfresco meals on the furnished deck, fire up the gas grill, or just relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of the surrounding forest. In the garage, you'll find a full-size pool table when you're up for a little friendly competition.

Any getaway to the Lake Tahoe area is sure to be an unforgettable experience with cool blue waters and snow-covered mountains. Sunny summer days bring activities ranging from boating to water skiing to scenic hikes and mountain biking excursions, while winter brings excitement with Heavenly Resort being less than six miles away.
