spread out and unwind. The bright, open living area features plenty of
comfortable seating for family movie nights or simply enjoying the view
through the expansive windows overlooking the Atlantic. Upstairs, you’ll find
an extra-large sitting area with a TV — perfect for a kids’ hangout space,
quiet reading nook, or late-night conversations.

A Cook’s Dream Kitchen

The spacious eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with dual appliances, allowing
multiple cooks to prepare meals with ease. Whether you’re whipping up a quick
breakfast or a full seafood feast, you’ll find extras of everything —
cookware, utensils, and serving pieces — plus modern conveniences like a
Keurig coffee maker and Insta Pot Duo Crisper. Enjoy gathering around the huge
dining table, with additional seating nearby to make sure everyone has a place
at the table.

This home was designed with accessibility and convenience in mind. It features
an elevator for easy movement between floors and two handicap-accessible
bathrooms, making it an ideal choice for multi-generational families. Smart
TVs in both main living areas and select bedrooms keep everyone entertained

as a pack ’n play, high chair, and safety gates — so you can travel lighter
and feel right at home.

• Pools are heated to a maximum of 87–88°F, maintaining a temperature
approximately 8–10°F above the outdoor temperature.
• Pool heaters will not operate if the outside temperature falls below 55°F.
• Please call ahead to schedule pool heat in advance.
