Majak Moments is a spacious oceanfront home perfect for large family
gatherings. This 7-bedroom, 5 ½ bath oceanfront retreat offers stunning
Atlantic views and plenty of room to spread out and relax. The open main
living area features ample seating and expansive oceanfront windows, while an
extra-large upstairs sitting area with TV provides additional space for kids
or group lounging.

The fully equipped eat-in kitchen is ideal for cooking for a crowd and
includes dual appliances, extra cookware and serving pieces, a Keurig coffee
maker, and an Insta Pot Duo Crisper. A large dining table with additional
nearby seating makes family meals easy and enjoyable.

This home offers an elevator for convenient access between floors and includes
two handicap-accessible bathrooms, making it well suited for multi-
generational families. Smart TVs are located in the main living areas and
select bedrooms. Family-friendly extras include a pack n’ play, high chair,
and safety gates.

Outdoor amenities include oceanfront decks with rocking chairs, a large
oceanside deck perfect for gathering, and a private pool with surrounding deck
space and lounge seating. Pool heater available with surcharge (see details
below).

Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only), towels, bath mats, and beds made upon
arrival are provided for weekly rentals.

Pool heater available with surcharge (not available June–August). Pools are
heated to a maximum of 87–88°F and can maintain temperatures approximately
8–10°F above the outside temperature. Pool heaters will not operate if the
outside temperature falls below 55°F. Please call ahead to schedule pool heat.
