Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, twin/twin bunk bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, deck access, and private bath with double sinks, jet tub, as well as a separate shower. Upstairs second bedroom has a king bed and ceiling fan. Downstairs third bedroom has a queen bed and ceiling fan. Downstairs game room has a queen bed. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Upgraded gourmet kitchen with Kitchen Aid built-in appliances, sprawling island with sink, and elegant stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, stove with oven, side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 10 people (8 adults max). Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
