Guests will also enjoy access to a community clubhouse with a shared pool and dock.

The bright, elegant interior comes furnished with a contemporary coastal design throughout and modern, high-end essentials providing in-home convenience and comfort. Serving as the main level, the second floor features an open layout and an expansive deck extending from the living area. The full, island kitchen is a chef's delight featuring a suite of upgraded stainless steel appliances. The breakfast island offers seating for two while the indoor dining table can seat up to six. Enjoy al fresco meals out on the deck at the patio dining table (also with seating for six). For a special treat, fire up the private gas grill and cook up some fresh, local seafood. Plush sofas and a wall-mounted smart TV in the living room provide a comfortable place to relax and unwind after a day at the beach.

In the evenings, head down to the lower-level deck for happy hour cocktails and casual conversation around the gas fire table. Spend clear nights outside around the wood-burning firepit for fireside gathering and s'mores under starry skies.

The second and third-floor primary bedrooms each come with an en suite bathroom. The third-floor suite also features a private parlor with a dedicated desk and sofa seating which can be transformed into a queen sofa sleeper with an upgraded mattress, as well as a private balcony. Two, lower-level guest rooms each feature direct deck access and share a full bathroom. For household convenience, the main level bathroom includes a second door for daytime access.
