Please note that there are no stairs inside that lead from the main house to the downstairs apartment. An external stairway enables access between the two levels.

LIVING AREAS

Vaulted ceilings soar in the inviting living room. Two sofas offer plenty of seating in this sun-soaked space. Watch a film on the 50” TV after a fun-filled day at the beach.

On the first floor, the second living room has a comfy sofa and armchair, plus a 50” flat-screen TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The spacious galley-style kitchen has a full suite of stainless steel appliances and gleaming granite countertops. Whip up favorite recipes with all the cookware and gadgets you need.

Three can keep the chef company at the granite kitchen bar. When it's time to eat, gather around the wood dining table for four.

Downstairs, the kitchenette features a full-size fridge and a wet bar.

BED & BATH

This two-story home accommodates six guests between the three bedrooms.

The tranquil primary suite has a king bed and direct access to a secluded area of the deck. The en-suite master bathroom is outfitted with a walk-in shower.

Downstairs, the ultra-private second bedroom has a queen bed. Guests in this bedroom have their own private entrance, kitchenette, and living room. The bathroom on this floor is equipped with a walk-in shower.

Back upstairs, the third bedroom has a queen bed and two roomy closets. The guest bathroom features a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Enjoy the Gulf breeze on the expansive wraparound deck. An array of outdoor furniture sets the scene for sunbathing, snacks in the shade, and taking in the Gulf view from the observation deck.

UNIT SPECIFIC TERMS - Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. - 4 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. - The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. - All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. - If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee. - No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. - Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. - Permit ID: 302484 - Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests may be required to agree to additional terms of service. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to Vacasa prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. How to Report Damage Please report accidental damage as soon as it occurs so we can assess and minimize the extent of the damages.
