LIVING AREA

A large sectional and an armchair provide plush seating in the main living area. Stream favorite shows on the smart TV or simply kick back in the ample sunlight.

The ground-level living area is outfitted with a queen sleeper sofa, smart TV, and bonus refrigerator.

KITCHEN & DINING

Home chefs will be delighted to find all-new granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Serve appetizers at the kitchen bar for three as dinner simmers.

When you’re ready to eat, gather around the table for six in the dining area.

BED & BATH

The primary bedroom boasts a queen bed and direct access to the deck. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

The second bedroom holds a queen bed, and the adjacent second bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Located on the ground level, the third bedroom is appointed with a full-size bed and a twin bed. The en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

The covered patio offers a peaceful retreat on sunny days. The dining table seats four to afternoon snacks. The spacious wraparound deck provides plenty of space to soak up the sun or rest in the shade. Climb the stairs to the observation deck for an unobstructed view of the surrounding beauty.

Located a short walk from your rental, the on-site swimming pool provides a refreshing oasis after a sun-kissed beach day.

Parking for four cars in the driveway. Parking on the street and grass is prohibited.

The fireplace in the living area is not operational.

The main level is accessible via a flight of stairs. The third bedroom and second living area are ground level. The two areas are separated by an exterior staircase.

Per HOA guidelines and Corpus Christi fire code, the use of barbeque grills is prohibited on the second-floor wooden deck.

Located near the beach, you can walk to the soft sand in just 5 minutes!

Travel 5 miles to Mustang Island State Park to spot local wildlife or navigate the extensive paddling trail. Or head 30 minutes to downtown Corpus Christi.

No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. - The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation. - All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. - If early check-in is available for your reservation, you will be notified by 9 a.m. on the morning of your arrival by email. Late check-out is offered whenever possible for a small fee. - No smoking of any kind is permitted anywhere on the premises. - No commercial photography or filming is permitted on the property. Tents or other structures may not be erected. - Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy. - Permit ID: 302772 - Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests may be required to agree to additional terms of service.
