Longbranch #111 is a lovely condo located in the heart of the Historical District of Breckenridge. Decorated with rustic mountain charm you'll know you are in the Rocky Mountains. There are two bedrooms each with a king bed and an attached bathroom making it perfect for a family or small group of friends. The kitchen is updated with stainless steel appliances, beautiful countertops and is stocked with all the essential cooking utensils if you prefer to dine in. The balcony adds a ton of space to sit outside and soak in the sunshine and the views of the ten-mile range. There is a gas grill on the balcony and two sitting areas.
Enjoy a nice summer evening or cozy up on a snowy winter day outside by the gas fire pit. The club house is open from 10am-10pm where you can swim in the indoor, heated pool and relax in the big indoor hot tub.

There is one parking space provided in the garage, please be advised oversized vehicles will not fit in the garage. There is one outside parking space allowed as well. There are coin operated, on-site washers and dryers, located off the garage by the south side elevator.
