Nestled in a quiet corner of Fredericksburg, this inviting retreat offers a peaceful Hill Country escape—just six minutes from the heart of Main Street, where you’ll find charming shops, wine tasting rooms, and local restaurants.
Each thoughtfully designed unit includes everything you need for a relaxing stay. Whip up a favorite meal in the well-equipped kitchen, then enjoy it at the countertop with two barstools perfect for casual dining. In the living area, a cozy sofa invites you to unwind with a glass of local wine after a day of exploring.
The bedrooms feature a plush king bed for restful sleep, while the sleek bathrooms offer a walk-in shower for added comfort.
Out back each unit has a private patio that is the perfect place to enjoy the Texas evenings. Fire up the charcoal grill for an easy dinner, then sink into your private hot tub and stargaze in total relaxation.
Ideal for couples, small families, or friends, this casita offers a balance of privacy and convenience. While there are four casitas on the property, each one has its own entrance and private amenities. Please note: the owners reside on-site, but your stay is entirely your own.

Great news for pet lovers! This property is pet-friendly, so you can bring your furry friends along for the adventure. We want everyone to enjoy their stay, including your four-legged family members. To ensure a paw-sitive experience please be aware of the following:

Pet fees and amp; rules:
We're delighted to welcome furry friends! This property is pet-friendly for dogs, unfortunately we can't accommodate cats at this time.
-Pet fee(s) of USD 135 plus tax will apply in addition to the nightly rate.
-Limit of four - One per each cabin.
-Please keep your pups leashed outside and clean up after them.
-A separate pet waiver must be signed.
-Any and all damages or issues caused by your pet to a unit or furnishing will be immediately charged to your credit card on file.

The owner does have pets that live on the property. If you are bringing a pet you must keep them inside the fenced area in the back of the casita.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of USD 1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is USD 62.54 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional USD 1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
