LIVING SPACE - Spacious 1500+ sq ft home with living room, dining table, gas/wood burning fireplaces, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 3 bath. Upstairs/entry level first master bedroom has a king bed, and private bath. Downstairs second master bedroom has king bed, private bath, and deck access. Downstairs third bedroom has 2 twin bunk beds, TV with cable, private bath, and deck access. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, stove with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Downstairs game room with a pool table, air hockey table, and darts. Cable TVs, Chromecast, board games, and card games. Keep yourself warm by the cozy gas/wood burning fireplaces. Laundry area with stackable washer/dryer.

OUTDOORS - Upper deck with folding glass doors that open up to the hot tub, patio furniture and the most amazing views of Big Bear, which includes the lake and Snow Summit. Lower with lounger and plenty of shade.

Per county requirements, we are permitted a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Please do not book or arrive with more than the maximum or you could be fined from the city and evicted with no refund.
