This home is on a private lot set on the shores of Sand Lake with a boat dock and SUPs for you to enjoy. Just down the street, you'll find Sand Lake Public Access for winter access and cross-country skiing. When you're finished at the lake, take the family on an adventure only minutes away to Kincaid Park, Westchester Lagoon, the Dimond Mall, or downtown Anchorage to enjoy its fine dining. There is a zero-tolerance policy for extra guests at any time. Violating the maximum occupancy of six people will result in immediate eviction from the premises of all parties. No refunds will be issued.
Limited mobility accessible downstairs living space includes kitchen, bathroom, living area, and bedroom.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
