KITCHEN - Recently remodeled full kitchen, stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - This home offers cable TV, along with fast WiFi, board games, and card games. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace.

OUTDOORS - New Private hot tub. Enjoy the spacious deck with plenty of seating, a charcoal barbecue, and fully fenced yard.

Other things to note:
Big Bear Lake local ordinance 99.300 limits maximum occupancy to 4 people. Children, toddlers, and infants do count as a person. Occupancy is permitted per City Ordinance - overoccupancy could result in a fine or non-refundable eviction.
